Parts and consumables for Raytools laser cutting heads beyond the nozzles: protective windows and lens holders, ceramic rings and nozzle holders, seals and the mechanical components of the head.

The protective window is the consumable that most often explains a sudden drop in cutting performance. It is there to protect the focusing lens from spatter, and once it is marked it absorbs energy instead of passing it. Checking it is quicker than adjusting parameters, and it is the first thing to look at when a head that was cutting well stops doing so.

The ceramic ring is the other part to keep spare: it is what breaks when the head touches the sheet, and without it the machine stops.
