Kennametal Blasting Nozzle
Kennametal blasting nozzles for abrasive blast cleaning, in the full range of bore diameters, thread types and body geometries: straight bore, venturi, double venturi, and angled HOZZLE nozzles at 45°, 90° and 135° for cleaning inside pipes, tanks and profiles.
The liner material is what determines how long a nozzle lasts and how much it costs per hour of work. Tungsten carbide is the usual choice for general workshop blasting; boron carbide lasts considerably longer with aggressive abrasives such as aluminium oxide, and is worth the higher price when the machine runs continuously.
Choosing the bore diameter is a trade-off: a wider bore covers more surface per pass but needs more air, so it has to match the compressor you actually have. If you tell us your compressor output and the abrasive you use, we will help you pick the right size.
